Clear Cooperation Policy Fines
The Clear Cooperation Policy is mandated by the National Association of REALTORS
and was implemented April 1, 2020.
Section 7.1.4 Clear Cooperation Violations
Coming Soon Violations are any rule infractions in accordance with Section 1.22, Section 1.01 or Section 1.3 of the BR MLS Rules and Regulations.
1st Offense:$1,000
2nd Offense: $2,000
3rd Offense: $5,000
4th Offense: Agent and Broker appearance before MLS Committee with discipline to be determined in accordance with BR MLS Rules and Regulations Section 7.
