Primary Membership

If you are a new REALTOR®, Broker or Appraiser joining Baldwin REALTORS®; or you are changing associations and Baldwin REALTORS® is your ONLY association, choose Primary.

Office Admins/Assistants

There is no charge for administrative MLS access as long as the admin does not hold an active real estate license. If an admin or PA holds an active license, they should join as a REALTOR® based on their office's affiliation.

Secondary Membership

If you are currently a REALTOR®, Broker or Appraiser member with another Association and want to participate in the same great benefits as a Baldwin REALTORS® primary member, complete the secondary membership application.

Affiliate Membership

This type of membership is for individuals who support the real estate industry through their services but are not licensed real estate agents. As a BR Affiliate member, you will have the opportunity to join committees, attend our social events, and sponsor education/events.

Multiple Listing Service Only

MLS Only gives you access to Baldwin MLS and NO other membership benefits. 

Please note: With this option you will not be able to use the BR® Forms.

Rejoining BR

If you have previously been a member of BR and wish to rejoin after cancelling prior membership, please choose this option.
