ROBERTSDALE, Ala. - Baldwin County home prices showed a year-over-year decline in October 2025, while overall sales activity remained steady. Baldwin REALTORS® Multiple Listing Service (MLS) reports decreases in average sales price for both the Resort and Traditional Residential markets. Properties across the county also spent slightly longer on the market compared to the same period last year. In the Resort area of Baldwin County (all of Orange Beach, Fort Morgan, and anythi
